Scientists found a new compound which might reverse human cell ageing

August 11, 2018

Scientists have developed a new compound which is believed to reverse ageing in human cells. This might lead to the basis for a new generation anti-degenerative drugs. Compounds namely AP39, AP123 and RT01 were designed in a way that they can selectively deliver minute quantities of the gas hydrogen sulphide to the mitochondria, the power stations, in cells. By delivering so, it helps the old or damaged cells to generate the energy needed for survival and to reduce senescence. These compounds... READ MORE
